,Walking In Beauty

The greatest gift: My mother gave me, is the Gift of Beauty and Creation. She taught me that as a Woman, I was in partnership with the Creator to help create Beauty and to be a Life Giver.

I was taught to give Beauty to all my creations. Whether it be my own children, grand-children. a dress, jewelry, or whatever my imagination desired to create; this is my stewardship.

I am of the Living Arrow Clan. We are the Dog Soldiers/Warriors of our people. We are outspoken, aggressive, we speak our minds. We are protector of Righteousness.

My clan was adopted into the Bitterwater Clan. I am born for the Manygoat Clan.

My Daily Motto:

Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, " Oh Crap!!! She 's UP!!"

Traditional Navajo Rug Dress-Rachel Lee

Rachel Lee Bowman, my eldest daughter.  Her Indian name is "Rainbow", she has been a great blessing to me.  She is wearing a Navajo Rug Dress, with a Concho belt that her grandfather, Eddie Chee Yazzie hand made.  Her necklace is one that belonged to her grandmother, Bessie J. Yazzie.

She is holding a Navajo Wedding Basket that was used at my own Navajo Wedding given to me by my father, who performed the Wedding Ceremony for Ron and I.

That is Chewbacca aka Chewy, our American Eskimo dog.  Who has his Squash Blossom necklace on but it is hiding under all his fur.
